This area stays quiet for a few hours as no flights depart at that time. HOU Airport terminal area gets cold overnight so try to bring a sleeping bag, mat or blanket for extra warmth. Also at night some TVs and music continue to play so try to bring a noise-canceling headphone or earplug to shut down the noises.

Try to avoid sleeping near the eateries as their staff arrives early in the morning and they get pretty noisy. There are no objections to bright light at this airport but you should bring eyeshades or eyemasks as extra caution.

COTs: Houston Hobby Airport has cots available for stranded passengers whole flights are delayed due to bad weather or massive flight cancellations.
