Kotoka International Airport – Overview
Kotoka International Airport is the only international airport in Ghana that is located at KA PMB 36 KIA, Accra, Ghana. The airport serves Greater Accra, the capital of the country. It has three passenger terminals and a single runway. Terminals are known as Terminals 1,2 and 3. Currently, only Terminal 2 and 3 are operational whereas Terminal 2 serves domestic flights and Terminal 3 serves regional and international flights.
Terminal 1 is not operational right now. ACC Airport was awarded as the best airport in Africa multiple times by Airports Council International. At the airport area, you will find many eateries and shops mainly in the airside areas.
