At Minneapolis Airport good sleeping places with seating are available in both Terminal 1 & Terminal 2. Terminal 2 is quieter than Terminal 1 as it is noisier and busier. Terminal 1 is larger in size and many nooks and crannies are available where you can sleep in the quiet floors. At night Terminal 2 handles less traffic and remains calm most of the time.

At Terminal 1 you can sleep in the following areas:

  • Airside, Mezzanine Level 3 has two different quiet areas with comfortable seating without armrests.
  • Airside, near gates A13 to A14 and B13, have quiet sleeping places available.
  • Airside, the Observation deck can be used for peaceful and quiet sleeping located at Concourse D.
  • Airside, Enough benches are available without armrests on Concourse E where you can sleep easily.
  • Airside, In Concourse F and other places there are some Pay Massage Chairs available randomly where you can get some sleep without paying for a massage.
  • Landside, near the pre-security baggage claim area(behind the escalators) you can sleep on some semi-private patches of carpets.
