Václav Havel Airport Prague is the primary international airport of Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. Founded in 1937, the airport is located 12 km west of City Center of Prague. In 2012 the airport was renamed to its current name to honor the first president of the Czech Republic Václav Havel. The PRG Airport has four terminals although most of the passengers will only see two public terminals(Terminals 1 and 2).
Terminal 1 has Concourse A and B and serves all non-Shcengen destinations flights. On the other hand, Terminal 2 has Concourses C and D and serves all Schengen zone destinations. You can easily surf on both Terminal 1 and 2 by foot. Terminal 3 serves only private and charter flights. Terminal 4 serves only VIP flights and state-visit flights.
