Sleeping In Denver Airport: Places To Sleep In Denver Airport

Denver Airport has plenty of areas for sleeping. However, finding a comfortable sleeping spot could be hard for visitors. In both pre and post-security areas, you will find many seats and benches with armrests and without armrests. The only problem you could face in these areas is bright light.

In Concourse A you will find multiple reclined type massage chairs where you can sleep comfortably. Other places you can sleep in Concourse A include the 3rd floor where some resting chairs and full flat twin bed style min bed available. In Concourse B you can sleep on benches & sporadic arm-free seating places that are located throughout the area.

In Concourse C, curved couches are available near gates C26 to C28 where you can sleep. However, these couches are hard so you could feel uncomfortable sleeping on them. Gate C50 to C52 have some benches without armrests where you can stretch out and get some sleep. Near gate C40 you may find a Cornhole setup if you are lucky enough. Overall if you don’t have a problem sleeping on the floor and have sleeping gear with you then you can sleep empty gate or corner area(for example: gates A22, A31-32, A39, A56-70, B80-95 and C26-28), or nooks in the upper level and other carpeted places of the airport that remain calm at night.

The airport remains bright (in some places) and cold at night so don’t forget to bring travel mats, blankets, a sleeping bag, earplugs, an eye mask etc for uninterrupted sleeping.

***If you have the budget then you can take a rest on some airline lounges available at Denver Airport for a fee. Although most of these lounges do not have designated sleeping places.
