Near the H gate of Terminal 2, some armrest-free seating are available where you can rest. Although this area has less space than other spots for rest. Near gates H32 and 33 of Level 5, gates G16, G17, G43, G44, K22, K24, and L4 of Level 4 you will find some reclining chairs with resting areas and a flight information screen.

Also, near gate K12 more than 80 rest chairs or reclining chairs is available for resting. Overall Terminal 2 has more sleeping friendly armrest-free benches, reclining chairs and basic seats available than terminal 1. The MUC Airport temperature gets cold at night and bright light and loud noise are other commonly cited problems for overnight sleeping.

Munich Airport NapCabs Locations

At Munich Airport currently, there are four locations where you will find NapCabs and all of them are located at Terminal 4. You will find NapCabs in the following areas at Terminal 4:

  • Gate L04, Level 5
  • Gate G06, Level 4
  • Level 03 near the service center or public area

Note: NapCabs located gates H32, L04 & G06, all three are located behind the security screen and passport control. You can access cabins or NapCabs at these three locations only if you have a valid flight ticket for the day of your booking and also suitable for only flights that are gonna leaving from terminal 2. Cots At Munich Airport

At Munich Airport more than five hundred cots are available for stranded passengers whose flights are delayed or canceled due to bad weather or other reasons. Unfortunately, these cots are not available for regular passengers who want to spend overnight at the airport.
