These facilities include wooden benches with armrests, small couches, armchairs etc. In the food court area (Main Terminal) you will find some padded benches where you can sleep comfortably. If you are lucky enough then you may find some comfy curvy lounge chairs or couches located near the Universal Orlando.

Near gates 70 to 150 you will find many long padded benches where you can rest easily. Many nooks are available in the pre-security area where you can sleep privately. Don’t forget to get in there before the security checkpoints get close. However, if you want to sleep on the floor then don’t worry as most of the airport area is carpeted.

Just don’t forget to bring your sleeping mat, blanket, sleeping bag etc for comfortable sleeping. If you want to sleep in a warmer area, then go to the car rental level.
